Welcome to the Presidential Awardee Teachers' Forum (PATF) of India portal. By registering an account, submitting a membership application, or using this platform, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Membership Eligibility & Authenticity

Membership and directory listings are strictly limited to teachers who have been officially conferred the National Award to Teachers (NAT) or the National ICT Award by the President of India or the Ministry of Education.

All credential claims, certificate uploads, and school affiliations submitted during the registration process must be authentic. Providing false, misleading, or outdated credentials will result in immediate termination of membership, listing removal, and potential reporting to local educational boards.

3. Directory Usage & Code of Conduct

The PATF Directory is a professional catalog intended to showcase educators' innovations and foster collaboration. Users agree:

• Not to harvest directory contact information (emails, phone numbers) for commercial spamming or mass distribution.
• Not to publish offensive, plagiarized, or politically sensitive material via the blog post features.
• To respect other educators and engage in constructive dialogue.

4. Profile Modifications & Moderation

While verified members have the authority to edit their bios, social links, and publications, all edits are subject to administrative moderation before going live. The PATF administration reserves the right to reject edits that violate formatting guidelines, contain unverified claims, or fail to adhere to professional standards.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. PATF India makes no warranties regarding the complete uptime of the site or the error-free nature of uploaded materials. We reserve the right to modify or terminate services at any time without prior notice.
