For a teacher, the true measure of success lies in the achievements, character, and resilience of their students. Teaching is a lifelong mission to shape responsible, ethical, and value-driven citizens. Over decades of service in public education, my journey has been defined by an unwavering commitment to child-centric learning, structural educational reform, and student empowerment.
The majority of students entering our classrooms come from the slum areas of Sarai Pipal Thala . I firmly believe that every child is like a book that needs to be read and understood deeply before we can guide them towards competitive success. By building a strong emotional bond with each student, I identified their unique learning needs. To prepare them for the Medhavi Examination and entrance exams for Rajkiya Pratibha Vikas Vidyalayas (RPVV) now known as CM SHRI and Navodaya Vidyalayas in Class 6, I devoted extra time beyond school hours, including dedicated teaching sessions during summer and winter vacations.
Beyond academic prep, my priority has been their complete all-round development—instilling essential health and hygiene habits, strong moral values, and crucial life skills. Through this holistic care and dedicated mentoring, 462 students qualified for the Medhavi Examination, and 331 cleared competitive entrance exams up. My students also excelled in sports, debates, and arts, securing state-level accolades.
As a Mentor Teacher, I am guiding 13 Government schools towards academic excellence. In 2025–26, these schools produced 113 out of 343 meritorious students i.e. (32.94%). in the zone. 36 students cracked CM SHRI, JAWAHAR NAVODAYA, SAINIK SCHOOL & VIDYAGYAN entrance exam and secured quality ed.ucation for further classes . Beyond institutional management, I contributed in the SCERT-approved Environmental Studies (EVS) textbooks "My Little World-I" and "My Little World-II", and many PAC projects. I also created video modules for the national DIKSHA platform. As a Resource Person for SCERT, I have trained thousands of educators in progressive methodologies during In-service training programs.
My vision rests on three pillars: Equity, Innovation, and Holistic Development. Quality education must transcend socio-economic barriers, providing every child—especially those from marginalized backgrounds—with tailored support, life-skills training, and modern learning tools.
My pedagogical practice centers on Experiential Learning. By replacing passive rote memorization with activity-based learning, health awareness, arts, and athletics, I use preparedness activities, indigenous games and peer groups for conducive environment. I foster critical thinking and leadership. Complex ideas are simplified into intuitive units, ensuring empathetic support while harmonizing academic excellence with moral integrity and civic duty.
