I am Suman Goel, born on 10 December 1984 in Julana, Haryana. I qualified as a teacher in 2009 and serve as Hub In-charge for eight schools, Primary In-charge since July 2019, Class V teacher, Teacher Development Coordinator, Faculty Head and . I promote sports, arts, science and co-curricular activities. I received the Indira Award in 2002 from Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit and the Best Teacher State Award in 2022 from Education Minister Manish Sisodia. Our school received the Excellence Award in 2024.
STUDENT ACHIEVEMENTS
Tannu and Bhawna were selected for state-level art; 20 students for Hindi, handwriting and dictation. In 2023–24, Bhawna won second place in zonal slogan writing. In 2022–23, Khushi won first place in slogan writing, Pooja Sharma in Mental Maths and Manasavi Sharma in a project competition. Twenty-six students were selected for a state-level skit—the first for our primary section. In 2025–26, 25 students participated in the State-Level NIPUN Presentation; Riddhi and Divyanshi represented the school in NIPUN Lekhan and Maths Mela.
INNOVATION AND TEAMWORK
I developed a Low-Cost Primary Science Kit from waste and introduced an e-magazine during the pandemic. With the “Holistic Group” of teachers, I contributed to value education, Joyful Saturday, Quiz Club, e-content and syllabus dramatization. Our team prepared an MCQ question bank for Classes III–VIII. I believe every child can learn and deserves support.
SOCIAL AWARENESS AND NATIONAL SERVICE
I supported cleanliness, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, saving the girl child, drug prevention, water conservation, Save Earth, Earth Day, plastic awareness, disaster safety, Matri-Pitri Divas, awareness quizzes and MHRD/NCERT’s Bhasha Sangam campaigns. I participated in elections, Economic Census, voter awareness, population control, COVID-19 vaccination, festivals and sanitation.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT AND TLM
Amar Shanti Educational and Seva Foundation donated stationery and uniforms worth ₹50,000 to economically weaker students. I develop TLMs and trained teachers under NIPUN Bharat at DIET Pitampura, SCERT. In 2022–23, my Low-Cost Primary Science Kit and NIPUN Bharat Maths Kit were selected in the state-level TLM competition. In 2025–26, I presented “Aao Seekhein, Nipun Banein” TLM at state level.
INCLUSIVE EDUCATION
I promote inclusion for Children with Special Needs (CWSN). Individual attention and Happiness Activities helped Garima become a more active learner. I supported Nisha, a Class V student with intellectual disability (90%), through mindfulness activities that encouraged inclusion and interaction skills.
ADULT LITERACY AND PARENT PARTNERSHIP
Under “Padhna Likhna Abhiyaan,” basic literacy classes were provided to labourers. Through parent outreach, I guide families on children’s studies and holistic development, and attend SMC meetings.
