Comprehensive Overview of My Professional Journey, Educational Views, Pedagogical Approach, and Impact on Students
1. My Professional Journey: my professional journey has been guided by a commitment to quality education, student welfare, discipline, and the holistic development of every learner. I believe that a school is not merely a place for academic learning but an institution that shapes character, builds confidence, and prepares students for life.
2. My Educational Views
My educational philosophy focuses on academic excellence, moral values, gender equality, digital literacy, life skills, and the overall development of students in accordance with the vision of NEP 2020.
3. My Pedagogical Views
I support activity-based, experiential, and competency-based learning rather than rote memorisation. I encourage teachers to use ICT tools, smart boards, library activities, quizzes, project work, robotics, group discussions, and hands-on activities to make classroom learning engaging and meaningful. I believe that teachers should act as facilitators who identify individual learning needs, encourage critical thinking, and create an inclusive classroom.
4. My Impact on Students
Through academic guidance, regular monitoring, co-curricular activities, discipline, and individual encouragement, I strive to improve students’ learning outcomes.
