With over 24 years of experience across corporate MIS and academia, I am a dedicated ICT Educator and Master Trainer passionate about bridging the digital divide, integrating cutting-edge technology into pedagogy, and empowering both teachers and students. My career spans corporate database management in banking and insurance to pioneering educational technology leadership at Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, Panjim, Goa.
Recognized at the highest levels, I was honored with the National ICT Award (2019, Goa) for my contributions to integrating technology into teaching and learning. My recognitions also include the IIHM Teachers Award (2024), NSS Karamveer Award (2022), Hero of the Month (August 2025) Award for training teaching staff with ICT & AI Tools, Bosco Innovator Award (2018–2021), and Certified Web Ranger Leader (2016–17) for promoting cyber security and digital safety.

As an IT Administrator and Educator, I spearheaded school-wide digital transformations—securing and deploying G-Suite for Education, installing Raspberry Pi interactive multimedia units across classrooms, establishing digital library portals, and engineering custom database modules for seamless virtual learning and examinations. As a State-Level Master Trainer for SCERT Goa, I have trained thousands of secondary school educators in e-content creation, interactive pedagogy, and uploading digital assets to the national DIKSHA portal. Continuing my commitment to modern innovation, I conduct state and national webinars—including a featured session for CIET-NCERT—on leveraging advanced AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, Twee AI, Runway ML, MagicSchool AI) to create dynamic, interactive classrooms equipped with modern TV panels.

Beyond technical expertise, my journey is grounded in community service and crisis leadership. As an NSS Programme Officer for over 14 years, I have spearheaded rural camps, environmental drives, and youth leadership initiatives. During the peak COVID-19 pandemic, I was requisitioned by the North Goa District Collector as a Covid Warrior, engineering custom tracking databases to streamline relief supply distribution for the needy. Additionally, under the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat initiative, I conceptualized and produced Goa’s official cultural video showcased nationally across state borders.

Driven by a lifelong learning mindset, my mission remains steadfast: to demystify emerging technologies like AI and robotics, mentor the next generation of educators, and ensure accessible, high-quality, tech-enabled education for every learner across India.
