I was born in a village called Tagarapuvalasa, My school education in Bheemunipatnam where I currently working .I completed my graduation from Acharya N G Ranga Agriculture University with a BSc Home Science Rural and Masters Degree from Andra University .I joined service on 23rd February 2001in MVDM High School Visakhapatnam as a School Assistant BIOLOGY later transferred to KDPM High School Visakhapatnam .on 22nd December 2022 got promoted As Grll Headmistress and Transferred to Pandit Nehru Mpl High School 17th ward Bhimunipatnam. My motto is COME TO LEARN AND GO TO SERVE THE NATION to achieve this I implemented several educational reforms and Technological transformation to make future ready and global ready students.
I conditioned novel teaching strategies children to learn more joyfully to attain 21st Century skills Introduced CLICKERS unique To AP SCHOOLS in class room transaction and daily curricular activities achieved desired Learning Outcomes. Government of Andhra Pradesh sent me to SINGAPORE (NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION)NIE and YISHUN SECONDARY SCHOOL to know and study much about SINGAPORE Education system after that submitted my visit report on SINGAPORE Education system to Govt OF AP and INTERACTED WITH HRD MINISTER GARU Sri. Nara Lokesh garu Now implementing ADDIE (Assessment, Design,Development, Implementation, Evaluation)model of teaching in our school Google for Education made a documentary on my nodal way of teaching National Geographic channel, BBC News Covered Art integrated education in Inclusive education Times of India coverd at National level that using CHROME BOOKS IN teaching and learning practices I participated trainings at International level NIE SINGAPORE, TECH 2018,TECH,2019,at national level NCERT,NIEPA,CCRT at State level SCERT,SLDP I worked as from District DRP to State Level SRPand Master Trainer to Number of training programs. I received no of Awards in education field from District level to State level by Govt of AP District Meritorious teacher award,SavitriBhaiPhuleState Award and Gold medal from GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH, STATE BEST HEADMISTRESS AWARD and Gold Medal From Government of Andhra Pradesh at State Level At National Level NATIONAL TEACHER AWARD FROM GOVERNMENT OF INDIA FOR THE YEAR 2025 FROM PRESIDENT OF INDIA Smt. DROWPADI MURMU garu. I prepared confidential material to STATE BOAD.For Promotion of GIRL CHILD EDUCATION Conducted Rallies along WITH SMC and Community. Conducted one year awareness talk in AIR All India Radio on every Tuesday on Nutrition, Education and Mental Wellbeing especially for Girls. Introduced EARNING WHILE LEARNING and VOCAL for LOCAL for 9th and 10th class Students to prepare Their own HAND MADE SOAP and Sold to neibours ,friends,teachers and officials. To abolish single use Plastic distributed Steel water bottles to all students with support from DIVIS LABORATORIES AND Pharmaceutical company. For Society Conducted rally on Promotion of CLOTH BAGS.
