I am Heera Lal Sharma, serving as Senior Instructor in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) Trade at Govt. ITI Chomu, Jaipur, since 11 December 2020. I holds CITS RAC, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and B.A from MDSU. Before joining vocational education, he gained 8.3 years of industrial experience as a Service Engineer with Larsen & Toubro Limited in the Construction & Mining Equipment Business. My training philosophy is based on integrating industrial experience with vocational education to develop industry-ready skilled professionals.Since joining Govt. ITI Chomu, I have trained 61 trainees in RAC Trade. Among them, 28 trainees are working in the private sector and 13 are engaged in self-employment. I have also organised 5+ campus placement drives during the last three years and guided trainees regarding employment opportunities, entrepreneurship, Udyam/MSME registration, loans and relevant government schemes.My training methodology combines theory, practical training, online learning, Smart Class and MCQ-based learning according to industry and market requirements. I have organised 5+ industrial visits and used NIMI-based study material, Zoom classes and module-wise digital content. Training outcomes include 100% pass percentage in 2023, 96% in 2024 and 100% in 2025, with an average pass percentage of 95%+ and average CTS/CITS marks of 75–90%.
I have focused on practical learning, troubleshooting and job-readiness by developing RAC training projects such as a Split AC Fault Simulator and Deep Freezer Fault Simulator. These simulators provide trainees with hands-on practice in fault identification, diagnosis and tro have developed 869 NIMI-pattern MCQs for CTS RAC—561 for 1st Year, 308 for 2nd Year and submitted them to NIMI for consideration. Based on industry interaction and market requirements, I have also submitted recommendations to CSTARI and NIMI for future CTS RAC syllabus updates covering Inverter Technology, Advanced Sensors & Controls, PCB Troubleshooting, Digital RAC Instruments, Smart HVAC and Energy-Efficient Technologies. Contributed 3+ articles/technical in News, For digital learning, I have developed NIMI-pattern E-Content/PPTs and shared 86+ training videos through his YouTube channel “ITI E-Learning Plateform2953”. Digital content have been integrated with practical demonstrations and online classes.I have mentored trainees for State & National activity. Nine trainees participated in India Skills Competition 2025, with three reaching the State Level. Trainee achievements and self-employment success stories have also been featured in news. My vision is to strengthen vocational education through practical, technology-enabled and industry-oriented training. My aims to promote advanced RAC technologies, troubleshooting skills, digital learning, green and energy-efficient technologies, industry linkage, employability and entrepreneurship, enabling trainees to become skilled professionals as well as confident job creators.

- My professional recognitions include the National Teacher Award 2026, State Directorate Award for Excellence as a Skill Trainer in 2023, ITI-Level Award in 2026 and Excellent APAR for FY 2025–26.
