I am a dedicated IT educator with over 26 years of experience in school education, committed to making technology meaningful, accessible, and relevant for every learner. As the Head of the Computer Science Department at Maharaja Agrasen Model School, I strive to create classrooms where students develop not only technical skills but also creativity, critical thinking, empathy, and responsible digital citizenship.
My teaching philosophy is rooted in experiential and project-based learning. I believe students learn best when they solve real-world problems, collaborate, and use technology to create positive social impact. This belief has inspired me to integrate Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity, computational thinking, and emerging technologies into classroom learning through innovative projects and hands-on experiences.
Beyond my classroom, I actively contribute to teacher professional development as a Resource Person for NCERT, SCERT, NIOS, and other educational organizations. I have trained more than 80,000 educators through government initiatives, DIKSHA, ChalkLit, workshops, webinars, and professional learning communities, helping teachers confidently adopt digital technologies and AI in education.
I have authored Computer Science books, contributed to curriculum development, and undertaken research in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision. My work has been recognised through the National ICT Award, CBSE Award, Cyber Peace Honour, and several national and international recognitions. However, my greatest achievement remains seeing students and teachers grow into confident learners, innovators, and responsible digital citizens.
My vision is to build an inclusive and future-ready education ecosystem where technology empowers every learner, supports every teacher, and is used ethically to solve meaningful challenges for society.
