EARLY LIFE:
I, Smt. Archana Nooguri, was born as the elder daughter in a middle-class family on 3rd June 1980, in Adilabad town of erstwhile Adilabad District. This 1980 decade was the period where girls were discriminated against education. Particularly in middle-class families, they were not sent to school. But, my father, a visionary who believed that education only can bring a change in the life of a girl, made me study till graduation and thought that as a teacher she can become a role model to the women community.
SCHOOL & COLLEGE LIFE:
Though our economic condition was good, my father joined me in Government school because he believed that government school is the place for holistic development of the child. I studied in village school, went to school on foot, and later stayed in hostel to complete my 10th grade with First Division (73%). Hostel life made me more independent and enhanced not only my IQ but also EQ. I got a prize for 100% attendance during my school life.
After 10th, I joined Local Junior College in Adilabad. My inquisitiveness made me opt for Bi.P.C Group in Intermediate when others opted for CEC and HEC. I took a dare to join Bi.P.C and successfully completed with 60% marks (First Class), standing among the top five in my batch.
TEACHER TRAINING & DREAM COME TRUE:
Due to my passion to become a teacher, I applied for TTC entrance test and passed easily. I completed T.T.C course at DIET Nizamabad in 1999. The long-lasting dream of mine became true as I was selected in DSC 2000 in open category. I was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher on 13th November 2000 at MPPS Chinthaguda, Adilabad District. The panel members wondered the way I gave micro-teaching in the interview.
